It's always at the start of the year that i feel mostly inspired, I have now decided to share some of my new healthy habits that i wanna start with, with you i hope this is something i will stick with throughout the whole year.
1. Switch out my black tea into green: Tea might be my favourite thing to drink but instead of choosing the normal and unhealthy version i will now switch it out to green it tastes just as good and it's way better for you
2. Bake less cakes: As you might know by now, you know that i love to bake, I do it everytime i have some freetime in my day, and becasue my cakes contains a whoooole lot of sugar and fat i know choose to not stop baking completly ofcourse! but maybe bake more bread than cakes and ting.
3. Workout more: I remember this was a new years resolution from last year but i completly neglected it !, It's not that i forgot about it, it's just that i kind of never got the time to workout because of work and a whole lot of schoolwork and other unessecary stuff, so i will now make it a priority of mine.
4. Water: I want do drink a whole LOT of water this year and the next and the next and the next.... cause latley i have noticed my skin getting so bad i get these spots everywhere on my face and i get headaches ever so often.
5. Cut out on junk food: This is one of my absolute worst habits, I kid you not I eat snickers every single day i feel scared for myself cause i might get diabetes if i dont stop lol.
6. Last but not least cheat days: of course i will treat myself every now and again i don't want to turn into a gymfreak who trains every single day eats a whole lot of protein and good food, i will have days when i don't workout and when i'll allow myself to eat unhealthy it's just a must of mine

I had the WORST sleep of all time i honestly think i'm suffering from insomnia no joke i literally can't fall asleep at night, it takes me at least 3-4 hours before i properly can catch some Zs. So when my alarm went for school at bloody 6.am I just could not wake up and get ready for the day so i skipped school...
I honestly can't do that 9-5 shit anymore it's way too much so i took the day off hihi.
So i wen't back to sleep and woke up at 10 instead and had an INTENSE full body workout, dear lawwwd i felt that. I need to get my ass back to training this year and not neglect it out of nowhere like 2017 pray for me <33333333

Really hope you had a fun and safe new years eve, i spent the day with my family we had the coziest time together, if you know me, you know i'm not the type of person who likes to party, it can be fun at times but sometimes or most of the times more like, i enjoy the peace and quiet.
2017 has been ok i'd rate it a 4 out of 10. i had quite a boring year not many acomplishments really. I kind of stopped working out ate a WHOLE lot unhealthier i don't even know why ???.
But i did have a few good moments. First of all i started my drivings lessons this year it's super exicting, i started college and got new friends and i also got a new job!. that is pretty much it :/. hella boring in 2018 i've set up goals for myself that i will follow throughout the year inshaa'allah and I WILL NOT neglect my blog the way i did last year haha.

I've never struggled this much to wake up ever in my life.
Today when my alarm went off (at freaking 5.15) i literally felt dead, no exaggaration at all i could barely open my eyes and I deadass couldn't move. so guess what i did, i turned off the alarm, called in sick so that i couldn't go to school and contiuned sleeping, to be cmpletly honest that was the kind of nap i truuuuuuuuly needed because lately i've been so CRAZILY tired i never ever have any freetime, when i come home from school the ONLY thing i do is my homework than sleep and sometimes i don't even eat, i literally forget to eat can you imagine ??. And then on the weekends i work from 3 - 8 so when i come home an hour later i fall asleep feeling exahusted as nothing else in this world. So i figured that i really really needed to sleep in and just chill today hihi <3333
Guess what I had for breakfast!!, the leftover cake from yesterday haha. my cousins came were over at our house yesterday, and we had the best time, sadly i came home a little late after work so i didn't really get the chance to hang out with them as much as i wanted to :(
I`m working today as well and i`m so incredibly tired i'm thinking bout calling in sick though, but i`ve already done that once :/
Lately I really have been neglecting my homework and i feel so bad and stressed right now cause i got exams coming up and ever since we started school i`ve only opened the maths book once, so i really got some catching up to do!.

Feels like i`ve been gone forever!! so many things has happened ever since i last posted and one of those special tings was that i`ve started college!!! and i`ve already made a whole lot of friends.
I have also got my first ever job!!!! surprising right!!. i`m so so happy and exicted with all of these new things happening, i already love my job and my classmates are pretty decent.
It`s a bit stressful though cause i`m always busy and I barely have any freetime cause right now i have a major mathstest coming up, but i really felt like updating you Guys a bit of where i am and how i`m feeling.

Good morning guys!.
I have been gone for quite some time now, it feels good to be back though, i`ve been deathly busy with work and school, it`s currently taking over my life!!.
Anyways so i woke up at 6 am today to go for a little driving session. And now i`m back i`ve just finished off my workout which i haven`t done since last last month and it feels great to be back on track tbh!.
I`m currently sipping on some fine oatmeal that's too hot to handle atm. and i`m about to leave for work in a few hours so i better tidy up the house a little before i go cause my cousins are coming over today <3

So it is now the first of september, summer is pretty much over, sorry for bursting your bubble but it`s the truth.
Halloween is on its way, two of my sisters birthdays are coming up, cozy days in are about to happen and i am ALL HERE FOR IT.

For the past week days i`ve been so incredibly ill, I honestly feel like crap, my throat is so so sore, i`ve got a massive headache, my nose keep running and all that good stuff, but today i feel a tiny bit better.
Today is also Eid and i`m so happy and exicted, sadly i wasn`t able to fast on The special days but it is what it is really, just wanted to pop through and wish all the muslims and the non muslims a happy blessed and joyful eid.
