Hi guys so i thought that i could share my workout routine with you here ya go! i often do my workouts in the morning because i like having that done so i can have time for other stuff during the day <3
ARMS: 15 dips on a chair 15 press ups/push ups
I love working on legs so sorry if you find this a litle bit diiffcult. BUM & LEGS: 25 squats with weights (it must not be so heavy) 15 lounges without weights 30 second wall squats 30 leg raises 20 sumo squats
REST for 2 minutes ABS the plank regular and side plank 30 seconds on each side 10 crunches 1 minute sit ups
REST for 3 minutes.
