can you guys beleive it i went running 10 km today its just crazy my thighs are hurting more than ever but it feels great to know that i`ve actually done it i`m so proud of myself not even gonna lie and i am challenging you to do the same you can totally do it maybe not 10km but 5 would be just as good.

instead of running at the same place at home everyday we went somewhere else near town to go running. the weather today is outstanding. But now my Legs feels like cooked spaghetti hahah. i can barely move them hahaha bout to eat some pasta sallad, i gotta stay healthy after this hard workout haha (it will not last long tho)

Ok so I'm not gonna lie but I suck at this sport but at the same time it's too much fun, to be honest I love playing but I'm not good at it at all hahaha. Playing soccer Burns more calories Than going outside for a jog but don't get me wrong though jogging is still good♥︎ My friends and i played soccer this morning and Guess what... My team won haha !! i thought that it was about time to post my first day of the GHWM week. I Woke up quite early today and it's BEAUTIFUL outside litterally i'm not even joking. So my sister and i wanted to go for a run and so we did💪♥︎ We did long distance running and that's a perfect way to start your day off it's also a very fast way to loose weight and get fit so I definitely recommend you to do this ● if you choose to do sprinting instead of long distance running i would like for you to do it a couple of times because that is quite a short distance and it takes seconds to do, I'd say that you should do it 10 times. that's an awesome way so strengthen your legs 💞 |
