i thought that it was about time to post my first day of the GHWM week. I Woke up quite early today and it's BEAUTIFUL outside litterally i'm not even joking. So my sister and i wanted to go for a run and so we did💪♥︎ We did long distance running and that's a perfect way to start your day off it's also a very fast way to loose weight and get fit so I definitely recommend you to do this ● if you choose to do sprinting instead of long distance running i would like for you to do it a couple of times because that is quite a short distance and it takes seconds to do, I'd say that you should do it 10 times. that's an awesome way so strengthen your legs 💞
